Here's how we usually work over the Internet.
1. We send you a relocation package that we put together just for you.
2. You fill out the property locator form on our page under mail and tell
us what you are looking for.
3. We send you all of the pertinent active listings by email and a book of properties
for you to look at via email and with the pack.
4. You let us know which properties suit your needs best or come the
closest any mls number.
5. We then narrow down your search and send you some more that hit the
target.
6. You schedule your trip with us and we make arrangements to visit the
right properties.
7. If you need a Mortgage, Warranty inspection, Rental, etc. we assist you.
There is no cost to you for this service. You should know that this system
works very well and only becomes confusing if you try to have more than one
Broker as your agent. You have no obligation and can discontinue the
agency at any time and work with someone else. We only ask that you work
with one at a time to avoid legal problems.
