For new construction remember Trish is an Attorney as well and can draft the kind of contract that will protect you. We review all lots in the desired areas and then request the type of information from the sellers needed to assure that the type of home you are building can be supported by the land characteristics. After securing the proper reports, disclosures and evaluations of the lot we act as a buyers agent and secure it. We have a builders interview process. You will need a rough idea of the floor plan and detail of the home. We will select about 5 builders who have a reputation for that area and that type of home. You will do an interview with us of those and select finalist. We then get a finer point on the costs and detail and do the last two interviews. We then contract the builder and set the time, terms and conditions of the contract. We also work with you to do the financing needed."The cost is already in the price of a new home to be represented by the Dawson team"
