-Provide a Comparative Market Analysis on the property you want to purchase so you don't offer too much.

-Perform a good faith estimate on the loan you are getting.

-Prepare your offer to purchase.

-Submit offers to purchase promptly.

-Consult with you regarding counteroffers.

-Have an Attorney on stand-by for free consultation.

-Insure property inspections are completed.

-Confirm that needed corrections/repairs have been completed.

-Review HUD-1 settlement statement for accuracy.

-Assist in the closing with stand-by Attorney

There is no cost to you for this service. You should know that this system works very well and becomes confusing if you try to have more than one Broker as your agent.
