-Provide a Comparative Market Analysis on the property you want to purchase so you don't offer too much.

-Perform a good faith estimate on the loan you are getting.

-Prepare your offer to purchase.

-Submit offers to purchase promptly.

-Consult with you regarding counteroffers.

-Insure property inspections are completed.

-Confirm that needed corrections/repairs have been completed.

-Review HUD-1 settlement statement for accuracy.

There is no cost to you for this service. You should know that this system works very well and becomes confusing if you try to have more than one Broker as your agent.

You have no obligation and can discontinue the agency at any time and work with someone else.

Hi! I’m Natalie Heffner, Buyers Agent for The Dawson Team with over 3 years
in Real Estate. I began my career in real estate as one of Trish’s
assistants, working behind the scenes with Cass, as a Real Estate and
Transaction Assistant. A resident of Albuquerque since 1990, I truly love the
land of enchantment! A ski trip to Taos for my husband and I turned into
relocation of my entire family to New Mexico ­ mom, dad, and sister too! For
me it is all about family. My husband and daughter have shown me how
important home is to a family. The right home that is! I promise to bring

A graduate of Michigan State University, in Communication Arts and Sciences,
my former career was in Advertising and Public Relations. I have always been
